Jennifer Robson (1970‒ ) began her career as a student, first attending King’s University College for her undergrad and then Saint Antony’s College at Oxford, where she achieved a doctorate in British economic and social history. When she graduated, she began working in journalism, editing, and publishing, before becoming a full-time writer. Her first novel, Somewhere in France, was on the bestseller’s list within its first week. Since this initial publication, she has published After the War is Over, Moonlight in Paris, Goodnight from London, The Gown, and Our Darkest Night: A Novel of Italy and the Second World War. Robson lives in Toronto with her husband and kids.
