"Legend has it that, in 1968, a secret organization called The Nowhere Collective attempted to draft a ‘Blueprint’ for a future Halifax, which they hoped to realize by 2018. It never happened. We don’t even know if the legend is true. Downtown Halifax was the stage. Guided by a phone app, 850 participants searched the city of the present, considering its past and witnessing a series of encounters that evoke the city of tomorrow.
