This is a picture of a small homeless camp set out information of a cannabis distributor on West Hasting street in the infamous Downtown Eastside (DTES) district of Vancouver. People can be seen in the process of cleaning up the area. The Camp itself is squalid and unsanitary, with clothes and other possessions littered all over the sidewalk. According to Ted McGrath (the photographer who took this image), since the closing of the businesses in the area due to the lockdown, the DTES has become a "cesspool" of homeless people and drug addicts.
