The contribution this archive makes to Canadians is not yet well known as they do not have a web presence or any digital materials; the loss of NADP has meant serious limitations on the services this archive offers (reduced outreach, longer wait times for services; the challenges of the digital age are great; there is a great need to ensure a healthy working environment and opportunities for new grads; we need to develop impact evaluation tools; more archival studies courses are needed in LIS programs, and more distance archival courses; more paid internships and practicums needed; would be helpful to have a consortia for small archives for digitization projects.
