financial transactions. During the past few weeks only four such reports were received. It is impossible therefore to prepare a complete report of the receipts and payments for the Dominion unless the Units and affiliated organizations file the above mentioned reports. We recommend that the Dominion Treasurer be empowered to transfer funds from the individual units bank accounts to the Dominion office account. This would spare the Dominion office any loss or difficulty in collecting balances from disbanded units. By an arrangement with the North American Committee to share the cost of the film “The Heart of Spain” your Committee has accepted a projector valued at $600.00, and in addition there is a balance of $425.00 owing to your Committee. When this payment is received and final settlement made the transaction will be recorded in your books. The following is a summary of the assets of your Committee as at September 30, 1937, excluding the expenses incurred in Spain for the film “The Heart of Spain”, and any balances on hand with the Units and affiliat- ed organizations.
