Abstract

Harriet Bosse was an well-known actress and third wife of August Strindberg. This play takes place 22 years after his death. She has just discovered his diary. It's contents do not match the letters that he wrote to her, nor her memories of their time together. As upsetting as this is, she still has fond memories of the fabulous roles that he wrote for her.
