Moved by S. Carr seconded by T. Buck that we extend our thanks 
And compliments to the auditor and that we adopt the report. CARRIED. 
Discussion was resumed upon the report on work in Canada by the 
Chairman. 
It was agreed that the Conference adjourn at 5 P.M. and that 
reports he received from the delegates of the various Local Committees 
upon the progress being made to assist democracy in Spain. 
The following were amongst the reports made verbally,-

The Business Committee was then nominated as follows,- T. Buck,

Boychuk, A; Kirzner, G. Sundquist, Mrs. Schaeffer, together with the 
members of the Administrative Committee. 
Mr. A. A. MacLeod, on behalf of the Special Committee formed to 
draft resolutions against the sinking by General Franco of boats con-
taining refugees from Gijon, reported progress. 
Discussion was resumed upon the Chairman’s report, the chair being
taken by Mr. David Goldstick.
The report was adopted. 
The meeting then adjourned at 5.00 P.M.
